Welcome to Khud Kafeel Tehreek Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Founded in 2015 by Sardar Liaqat Hussain. Keeping in view the importance of organic food / desi food for better and sustainable health with no diseases in premature ages, Liaqat Hussain thought unless and untill we rural people come back to our left natural capital ‘the land’ we cannot be health and prosperous. At start he planted 60 gardens of shady and fruity tree in his own UC Mang, AJK. Ajk is facing lot of problems in different sectors. The problems of farmers, problems of poor education system, poor health system, welfare of women and children, problem of proper food utilization and many other problems. With the passage of time problems increased when there was ecnomic disaster came through out the world and lot of people of Azad Kashmir came back to to their homeland and never had any resources for their living. During the tenure, Sardar Liaqat Hussain (Chairman Khud Kafeel Tehreek) and the members of the organization tried to gather the peoples in 2015 from different part of Azad Kashmir and arranged meeting in all part of AJK and started with the First step by working of agriculture sector because it is the Back bone of any country. Next step towards elimination of poverty was making stiching and packing center for the womens who had financial problems. With the passage of time Khud Kafeel Tehreek worked on different projects to eliminate poverty from Azad Kashmir Khud Kafeel Tehreek Is a welfare organization Working on Agriculture, Water, Education of children, Poverty, Food, health, old people welfare, small industries, Technical education and few other programs. Our Mission is to Enable the Small & Marginal Farmers by Representing them All Over Azad Kashmir and Become Voice To Their Problem thereby Finding Solution to Their Issues Anywhere, Anytime. Here we are prepared for self sustainable development of people who are just depending on others and keeping their land and human capital idol and useless. At one side we are an awareness raising campaign but at the other hand we are performing at rural areas setting examples for other areas with a slogan of “Apna Ugao Apna Khao” Khud Kafeel Tehreek AJK is to act as a facilitator in order to make the people aware of their local potentials as a force to undertake their development according to their own aspiration and priorities. The approach is “Village-Based People Centered Action Oriented Sustainable Agriculture & Rural Development”.
